You will have to forgive my long absense of not posting. I have been so sick over the Labor Day weekend and am just now feeling human again! My poor husband took wonderful care of the kids and I thought of him when I made this card I am sharing with you now. I cut the flower pieces out on my Fun Flowers Bigz L Die with the Big Shot die cutting machine. I then crumpled them up into a ball and repeated until the fibers in the paper were broke down enough that I could separate the flower piece into 2 separate layers. This technique is called faux suede when you have the raw, inside part of the flower exposed. I mounted the layers together with dimensionals and I think it turned out great! I really like the Berry Blossoms DSP and hope to share more projects made with it soon!
